We do our best to get your pillows to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing prior to shipment.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Strathroy, Ontario, Canada. Delivery times vary by destination. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number, so you can track your order and delivery date.
A signature to confirm receipt of the shipment is optional.
Please note: If the postal service attempts delivery, but there is no one to accept the shipment, they may leave a Postal Card in your door/mailbox to indicate where your shipment can be picked-up. Should the customer reject the shipment or make no attempt to pick up the shipment at the postal office, it will be returned to our office at our expense. Requests for re-shipment, will incur additional shipping charges which will be billed to the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Harvest Pillows strives to deliver the highest standards in buckwheat hull pillow products, using premium materials that are produced and purchased in Canada. We guarantee the quality of our workmanship on all products we produce.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your Harvest Pillows purchase, just get in touch and ship your order back to us within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Shipping charges for returned products are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered by our free shipping policy.
Please note that for personal hygiene, health and legal reasons, Harvest Pillows’ products returned to us are not resold. With this in mind if you have a friend, relative or pet that would potentially benefit from using a buckwheat hull pillow we encourage you to re-gift it as a way to create positive environmental impact and less waste by extending the product’s lifetime use.
